Sarah Lane

Sarah Lane, principal dancer with American Ballet Theater and winner of numerous awards was in the Professional Division of the Draper Center for Dance Education in Rochester, NY where Ms. Ross taught and served as Associate Ballet Mistress for the company, the Rochester City Ballet, during 2000-2001. Ms. Lane made her debut in the title role of "The Sleeping Beauty" with American Ballet Theater at the Metropolitan Opera House in June, 2008.

Arron Stevens

Arron Stevens, worked privately with Ms. Ross at the Donna Ross School of Classical Ballet in Texas in between his junior and senior years in the performing arts division of the Governor's School of the Arts in Virgina. A triple threat, Stevens plans to head for Broadway soon where he hopes to be singing, dancing, and acting in prominent roles in the near future.

Susan Clark

Susan Clark, a former principal dancer with the Atlanta Ballet and the Milwaukee Ballet, where she also served as Ballet Mistress, was among the first group of aspiring professionals Ms. Ross taught in Midland, Texas at the age of 17. A fellow native of Midland, Ms. Clark is now Associate Director of the Midland Festival Ballet.

Megan Murphy

Megan Murphy, wife of actor Tim Matheson, was a featured dancer in the Feld Ballet company in NYC. She received much critical acclaim for her performances in a wide variety of roles. Ms. Ross also taught Ms. Murphy in Midland after her first tour with Joffrey II and after graduating from Kathleen Crofton's Ballet Center of Buffalo.

Cheryl Jones

Cheryl Jones, another native of Midland, was in the same group of young dancers Ms. Ross taught in Midland after touring with Joffrey II. Ms. Jones went on to have a long and varied career in ballet and on Broadway in companies and shows as diverse as the Feld Ballet, "Jerome Robbins' Broadway", and the Broadway production of "The Phantom of the Opera".

Ashley Anne

Ms. Ross worked with Ashley Anne in Albuquerque, NM at the Alwin School of Ballet. Ashley joined Ballet West in 1996 under the directorship of John Hart and later danced under the directorship of Jonas Cage. She danced prominent roles in ballets choreographed by Ben Stevenson, William Forsythe, and William Christensen among others. She also performed with the Utah Opera, numerous dance groups in NYC and earned a BFA in Ballet from the University of Utah. She and her family live in Las Vegas where she teaches ballet and has begun a career as a personal trainer.

Lindsey Croop

Lindsey studied with Ms. Ross and the staff of Coleman Academy in Midland, Texas and is now a member of the famed Dance Theater of Harlem in NYC.
